I'm not big on doing reviews but from the moment we were greeted at the door by the hostess Ms. Bobbye I knew it was gonna be a great experience. She was so friendly and personable I can't say enough about how she greeted every customer that walked through the door with such love. I could tell she enjoyed her job. Our server was Ms. Thao and she continued with the excellent service. She made sure our order was perfect and that we had everything we needed. In a time when good service is hard to find these ladies have set the bar for AMAZING customer service. Finally Ms. Miranda brought part of our order to the table and she was also extremely pleasant. When I asked for their names because I wanted to write this review I found out she was the Manager. The way she worked along side her employees you wouldn't be able to tell them apart. The truly worked as a team at this location...I 100% recommend anyone visit. I forgot to mention the food was great!

Wonderful experience the first time. We returned this year again when we came into town for the camp meeting at family worship center. Our server Albany was great! She would be great in management because she knows the all about customer service!

The service was exceptional! I wish I could say the same about the food. Our bloomin onion was bloomin greasy. The ribeye steak was not up to par with ones I've had there in the past, it was tough and chewy in places. The restaurant is set up on a way that it is very loud and difficult to hear people at your own table. Not a very memorable dinner. The bread and salad were delicious!

Last time I came here was Feb 14 2012...been to other locations in other states so I was looking forward to this, location. There's a total of six people in here with myself and other person with me. We had to wait for our order to be taken a while. Thirty mins.... We received cheese fries for our appetizers... Hardly no cheese and burnt fries, although the ranch was amazing.. That was it. Bread and butter was delicous and my steak was cooked as the temp I requested.. That's why I'm leaving two stars. My steak did have a spicy kick to it I was not feeling that usually I haven't had on the filet previously but whatever. The ribeye in my partners plate was mostly fat and overcooked. The waiter was good-ish. Won't return to this location after my unfortunate encounter.

The steak was rubbery I was not pleased at all ...it wasn't fresh...I will buy a steak from Walmart next time and cook myself.....and no liquor in my cocktail....things are not like they where before

we got there and we had a 15 minute wait(which is totally understandable). we get called to our table and we sat down and when we got there she came and got our drink order and appetizer. it took the normal time for our appetizer to come out. our drinks, however, took almost 30 minutes to get to our table. for reference, we had finished the bread they gave us and our appetizer before we got our drinks. we then order our food and it took (not exaggerating, i timed it) 2 hours for our food to get to our table. they had an employee drop a tables food and they had to recook it. it set everyone back for 2 hours apparently. and to make matters worse, the server kept assuring us that our food was next but we were told that at least 10 times. the manager did give us a 50% discount which was well deserved but after that long of a wait we should have been given a full comp of our meal. food was amazing though.

Food was okay. Ordered a steak medium temp, it came mid rare. I hate sending food back..it almost never comes back correct. It was mid well but I just ate it. Our server Malik was great though. Very polite young man with great manners. He made sure we were taken care of.
