I was looking forward to a warm brownie at Panera, but unfortunately, it was served frozen solid. The cookie was also inedible - rock hard and impossible to enjoy. When I mentioned the issue to the manager, he explained they freeze the brownies and offered to microwave it for me. This wasn't what I expected for the price point at Panera. Disappointed they stopped giving customers lemons lol. I'm paying $3 for a bagel then another $2 for a tiny cream cheese! Who's making the decisions here? Also, please bleach the ice dispenser --'plastic shoots. On multiple stores on several occasions, I've found mold caked on there.
