Cashier was on her cell phone and messed my order up. The manager came to check on me while I was waiting, which wasn't long, and noticed the error. The manager corrected to order and conducted remedial training on the spot all without embarrassing the employee or belittling her. She handled the situation extremely professionally. Food wasn't the best but I will go back just because of the way this manager handled the situation. Shows that she has empathy for customers and employees. You don't see much of that these days.Great job

I hate this place. No prices on anything not even the receipt. We order a large pizza and cheese bread. It was over $35.00. When my husband got home it was only a medium pizza and the receipt does show anything other then the total. We will NEVER buy anything from them again.

Horrible service. Ordered a pizza with 3 20oz drinks. Pizza arrived but no drinks. Driver said he'd go back and get the drinks. Driver never came back. Called the manager and got a rude response and he put me on terminal hold. This place has a lot of one star reviews. Not surprised. Ya'll suck.

I ordered off of DoorDash, and I called the store to ask them to remember to give the dasher my garlic sauce. The lady at the store called me back to let me know the dasher forgot the garlic sauce, and offered to bring me the sauce and a free drink. Turns out, papa John's already put my sauce in the box. Besides the point, the woman I spoke to at Papa Johns was so nice, helpful, and she went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. THANK YOU!!!!
Papa Johns of old are back!! I had turned my back on them a bit ago, but came back to see if things had improved in the delivery area. Wow! I forgot how much better their pizzas are than others that deliver in this area. The pizzas were delivered in less than 25 minutes, piping hot and delicious! We are back Papa!!
