I was on a Diamond tour bus and Piccadilly was one of their places to eat. I had fish, 2 filets green beans, seafood salad and chocolate cake along with a diet soda; ALL very good; especially, the fish which was VERY tender.

Never again!!! Love macaroni but theirs were watery, the Sherwood location is much better. Not only that but towards the end I was asked about bread, there were garlic bread slices left. The guy was trying to give me I kid y’all not a chewed up slice. I asked if I could have the other one, he tells me the cashier probably will charge me for two like what ? Why would I be charged for two if I wanted one instead of the other ??? Anyways I just didn’t worry about it because the associate was being very difficult behind a bread slice?♀️. So unprofessional and only had an encounter for less than 2 minutes like really.

Great Thanksgiving turkey pack! Nice crawfish etouffe!!
Piccadilly on Essen Lane catered our annual Thanksgiving banquet at church for 200+ people, and both the planning process and the meal far exceeded my expectations. Carrie and Mike were amazing to work with. They went above and beyond to make sure our experience was the best it could be. They made the planning process smooth and easy, answered every question, helped us problem solve, made sure that delivery was organized and stress free, and delivered a delicious meal. I received several compliments from our guests about how good the food was. I enjoyed working with them and look forward to working with them for future catered events. I would give 10 stars if I could.
