I ordered food for delivery. They sent the wrong order the 1st time. When I called to tell them the order was wrong no one was answering. When they finally answered they sent my food that was no longer hot (cheese sticks were overcooked & I never received my fresh wings or drink AT ALL! I will NEVER order from this Pizza Hut again. My experience was awful and the attitudes were awful & they never answered the phone again for an hour & 30 minutes so I never got the rest of my order! I want my money back!!

Pizza was not ready when I arrived as it should have been per the estimated time...I went inside on the later end of the time. I was told it would be 20 mins, about the time I was initially given for my order to be ready. Order was as I placed it and taste was okay.

I had a stomach ache and diarrhea after eating the cheese sticks, fries and pizza. I had to throw my 49usd meal away. The fries and pizza stick were not fit for consumption

This is the most horrible place. You order stuff crust, they give you regular crust, then tell you that you didn't order what you ordered until you say you have a receipt. Then call and curse you out. I will contact corporate. Thanks, bluebonnet. ? where's the freaking cheese at ya stingy bic!

Unable to take food orders effectively. A woman with no name tag and who refused to give her name was visibly frustrated. She claimed to be the store manager and it is the only time I have been threatened for trying to pick up a take out order. She also claimed the people behind me were lying about their order. Extremely unpleasant.

Poor management Closed, but still allowed me to order online, took my credit card, sent text and email of order confirmation, and method to track the driver. Called the store after driver did not arrive and there was no answer. Called again and pressed 1 to order. Two times the operator attempted to get a manager, but then I learned the store on Bluebonnet is closed. $26.39 down the tubes. The operator tried several times to get a manager. Nope! She did not even know who to get in touch with about my money. This is the 3rd bad experience. I should have learned from the first two, especially after the complimentary code was bogus and it never worked. So now. it's 10:00 p.m.. I have to scrounge around in the fridge for something after waiting since 7:06 p.m. for my order from good ole' pizza hut. Never again!!!!! I just want my money back.
