10/10 food!! there is not a bad item on the menu and staff is very nice. their burgers are some of the best in town and the crawfish egg rolls are fire!! do not come under the impression that it's a quick service restaurant. it'll take a minute to get your food and it's well worth the wait! my ONLY critique is that i would rather if they sold coke products rather than pepsi!

Holy Smokes. I first heard about Roul's on TikTok. One word, "Undefeated". We left on a Cruise out of New Orleans but before we left I headed up to LSU to remember the good old days then to Roul's. It was everything I imagined it would be. Also got a chance to get to some Boudin Spots and Daiquiris as well. Trip was so lit we almost missed the Ship lol. It's not often that several things were ordered because it was difficult trying to choose while reading the Menu. Since there were 7 of us it became one of those give me one of everything after a while. The Chicken was crispy and fried perfectly. The Seafood Fries were actually still crispy under those Mountains of goodness. If lived in Baton Rouge, Roul's would be a problem.

As seen on tv, I had to try it. Original location is small. Seating is limited.Had crawfish frys. Very good and rich. Three stars due to 6 of us were very different times on getting food, he got his order Philly cheese stake samwhich 53 mins later.
The Philly cheese steak was really good. My daughter had the hamburger she said it was average. The egg rolls tasted like rotel and Velveeta cheese.

I came here Thursday I ordered a shrimp burger with no cheese got home and it had melted cheese on the burger :/ .. ordered door dash today and got the same thing and left in the notes this time the shrimp burger had no cheese but was very plain. Only had burger buns, hamburger meat, and shrimps on the burger. No sauce , no lettuce, no Tomatoes, nothing just a dry shrimp burger. Was very disappointed ☹️.
