Poor manners and courtesy to customers when they walk in. Especially while doordashing they'll look directly at you and don't even ask if you have a pick when your standing in the pick up stop I waited 10 to 15 minutes no helped or asked. Just ghetto and ratchet people. You try to support black businesses but they sit there and act like you owe them something. The food is alrIght from what I tasted but it still does compensate for the lack of customer service.

I ordered 6 hot lemon pepper wings. They tasted like spicy buffalo didn’t get any lemon pepper flavour from them. Still taste good.

I LOVE Roul's! It's been there for a long time! My only complaint is that they changed their bacon and the new bacon tastes like hot dogs... it's amazing if you don't want bacon

The food is always amazing. Customer service however always seems to be horrible. Everytime I go in (and i eat here quite often) the cashier taking orders has a really bad attitude and seems like they don’t want to be at work. In my most recent visit my order was taken wrong and it wasn’t noticed until after i went to the car. I went back in to let them know and the cashier literally walked off and told someone in the back “switch out you come back up here” and didn't help me.. The fact that I’m never rude to any customer service worker, because I myself have been in that roll, yet every time I go to the Plank location I get treated like my business doesn’t matter, is the only thing that could keep me from recommending to anyone or coming back to that location.

Decided on the hot sausage poboy and wanted to try the onion rings. The poboy lacked sausage for sure, there might've been 2 patties on the sandwich that was cut up. Waaay too much salad on the poboy, and they just open the bread up and shove everything in there...one side is salad and the other side is a little bit of sausage. If better coordinated would be much better, and the onion rings were ok. I expected them to be handmade in house but they're like some frozen ones from Walmart or something. My brother had a Philly cheesesteak that looked phenomenal, I would love to try that. I paid $14 for the meal so that's a great price. Walk in and order and just sit down and wait. There's a little bit of seating not too much. I would gladly come back for a different food

I come to Roul's most days after class and can not express how good the food is. Although a little pricey, Roul's never disappoints. I come in and order the six hot lemon pepper wings which come with an option of regular fries or onion rings along with the infamous crawfish egg rolls. I have never left Roul's dissatisfied. The food is flavorful, the staff is friendly and it is very convenient considering that it is nothing but a 5 minute walk from me.

OK, an hour before closing all they were serving was wings and eggs walls, which was OK the eggrolls a little too cheesy but still tasty. Wings great except they gave me the wrong flavors but that was my fault because it clearly states to check your bag before you leave. Nevertheless, I just swing back through for some late night munchies.
