My sister and I split a chicken shawarma wrap. It was large enough to feed both of us. It was delicious. Clean dining room. Courteous service.

First time coming and the food is good. My only issue is that when I asked do they have vegan/plant based options the guy did not know what I was talking about. He then started talking about the types of meat selections they had. Which means I had to question the ingredients in everything I wanted to eat. I got the green beans in tomato sauce, egg plant in lemon juice with parsley and the lentils with wheat.

This food was not even edible. I was so sad because I was hungry and it was convenient. It was so bad that I actually threw it away. I have never had to throw food out that I just paid for. I left hungry and disappointed I went there.

Lettuce in chicken shawarma went bad. I tried to call and tell them and the manager basically told me they don't serve soggy lettuce and he was slammed with 20 orders. He was very rude, won't be going

The food at this location unfortunately is not very tasty as the other locations. The highland road and perkins/bluebonnet location is my favorite but the food at the coursey location does not taste consistent with the other locations. I don't think i will finish my food. Very friendly service though.

I usually love Serops Express and went to this location often, so I was looking forward to my regular selections for a great and easy dinner after a long day. I took a big bite of a falafel ball with great anticipation and could hardly chew it because it was so hard, and hardly swallow it because it was so dry! The creamed spinach didnt have any flavor or creamy sauce. The lebanese tea tasted like unsweet tea with a little lemon in it.... thankfully the gyro meat was good and so was the babaganoush. I don't know what happened tonight... I hope it was only a one time mess up, not a regular practice.

I would give this restaurant “0” stars if I could. I went in at 7:30 and they closed at 8:00. When I walked in almost all of the food was gone and I asked if they were closing early. A very rude, middle-aged man told me it was almost time. I don’t consider 30 minutes almost time, but whatever. They talked me into trying to order, but with every item that I told them, the same rude man yelled from behind a wall that they were out of that. Too bad for them because I was ordering meals for 8 people! I’ve never been treated so badly at a restaurant before. I would stay clear of them at all costs.

We absolutely love this place. The food is fantastic and the staff are always so friendly, this is my 8 year old grandson's favorite place to eat, kids are notoriously picky so for him to love it that says a lot. I highly recommend it.

I literally just bought lunch from here to replace the lunch i received from a restaurant of the same cuisine, just minutes ago. Im ABSOLUTELY SATISFIED AND HAPPY with my meal and the presentation was superb! The staff was very pleasant and professional, i also appreciate the cleanliness of the space! Im so happy, Im glad i chose to come here--i'll definitely be back again.

I usually eat at Albasha's but today decided to try serops. There is definitly a quality difference between the two. Serops used a wheat pita bread that tasted like it came out of walmart market (not good). Chicken was dry. Overall I was not happy. Gave it 3 stars because it was just ok, but if im paying 15 dollars for lunch I'd prefer it to be excellent.
