I had the best customer service today after having a stressful morning and Caitlyn made the most delicious Strawberry Funel Cake Frappuccino! I absolutely loved it and I loved that she cared so much!! Very pleased!! People need more hard workers like this!

So there’s this lady there by the name of Cat I believe. And let me just tell you, sis is a BARISTA for real!! Some people just work at Starbucks but she’s GOT IT! I work across the street and every time I come in she greets me with a smile and gives exceptional service. & Why is everything that she recommends so good???? I hope she stays here forever.
