Out of the last 4 times I’ve gone to this location, 3 of my drink orders have been wrong. Two of those times I’ve only noticed after I left and pulled out - it was totally missing the syrup. The great thing about Starbucks is that it’s consistent no matter where you go and this location….isn’t. Go to the Starbucks on Antioch and Airline instead! It’s top notch.

I've given this location chance after chance but they clearly don't seem to care. First time I ordered there was no syrup or sugar in my sugar cookie latte. Second time I played it safe and ordered my usual it's disgusting. Second time I'm ordering an 8$ beverage that's not drinkable.

Wanted a place to sit down with computer for 20 minutes between meetings. Music so loud couldn’t make a call. Good music but so loud people couldn’t hear their orders being called out. Asked for a dark vente coffee with heavy cream. Simple I thought. Didn’t know I would confuse everyone. Had to then tell them I wanted a hot coffee with only heavy cream. Then I had to tell them Sumatra the dark blend of the day. They didn’t know what heavy cream was.

i go late before they close sometimes when im on my lunch shift and there is a girl who’s always in the drive thru, on closing shifts I assume, she has brown hair that she wears in a low ponytail, she is the most nicest sweetest person ever!!! she always has a red hat on. wish I knew her name love herrrr!!!

Good service and wrong order! I order here often. I did an online app order. I ordered a ice chai latte with pumpkin cold foam! I have no idea what was given! It tastes like shots of expresso and whip cream! I attempted to call this morning after ordering and no one answered! This is ridiculous! Every time I come here and order the same thing I get something different each time given to me! Wth!

Frothy milk arrived instead hot milk for chai tea. My bread forgotten and I asked where is it Than arrived ? Smiley face always available but must be concentrate for orders.

Got a classic caramel macchiato. Bitter. Asked them to make it again. No improvement. Spending that much on a coffee it should be done right. Not that hard. They weren’t even that busy and even then they should make it right. Tired of spending money on lousy drinks. Don’t go here if you want your drink made right.

The barista that took my order was very cordial and helped recommended drinks that suited my taste.The interior was very clean and spacious. The wait wasn't too long despite it being a busy morning with many mobile order seen.I ordered a chai frappe, my first time getting a chai flavored drink and I enjoyed it.

Only 1 star so I can leave a review. Ordered a Tomato & Mozzarella on Focaccia - was handed warmed sandwich without being asked if I wanted it warmed (I did not) - sandwich dripped liquid all over my car seat and I was not provided any napkins. Very disappointing. Come on, Starbucks - surely you charge enough to package and serve properly !!!!!!

I come here often. Usually if I place my mobile order within 15-20 I can endure about a 3-5 min wait. And that's NOT BAD at 6:30am! However, it seems they have new staff in the morning shift. I came earlier today. The wait took 20 minutes. That's entirely unreasonable for ppl who are on a time crunch--which is all of us who need coffee at 6:30. I would be more forgiving but I think it's wholly an ignorant move to place so many new or slower folks in the morning. That should be your best and brightest. The ppl who leave bad reviews are likely there in the mornings--think traditionally type A ppl over preparing for slow service and still meet it. I'll add the staff had a huge backup with just 3 ppl waiting and 3 sitting (stickers) for mobile orders. One individual really seemed overwhelmed by the pressure and annoyed a customer bc he could not distinguish water from lemonade. Another would not assist w/ drinks and only handled food while we ALL could see her coworkers struggling. Same for the drive thru operator. They were clearly inexperienced. These things stand out to us as we're waiting for the coffee we haven't started our day with and watching as we become now late for work bc we counted on you. I'm happy to fix this review once management addresses these simple fixes.
