Eat here all the time on my lunch break at 12, food is always good and delicious. If you eat here around 12 make sure to make it an mobile order because they get real busy around this time everyday. But they do have a lot of workers and get your order made fast even with 10 people in front of you. But I always make mine a mobile order 8 minutes before my break and as soon as I walk in my order is ready and I beat 10 people to the punch

I made an order online at 0910 and received a message saying it would be ready sometime after 1100. I drove to the location around 0925 and advised that I made an online order. The first worker said she didn't see it, walked in the back, and left me alone at the counter. I used the app to call the Subway I ordered from and the phone rang. I let it ring, but the lady never came back. I called out for her and she said let me get someone else. The second female was extremely rude and appeared to be agitated. I explained that I made an order and she said she didn't see it. I told her that I would like to cancel the order and make an order in person. The second lady said she wasn't going to make my sandwich because it wasn't in the system.I showed her the receipt and location on my phone. I then asked that my order be canceled and she said, "I'm not making it." Since the female elevated her voice and appeared to get angrier I left the premises. I attempted to cancel online, but I learned the only way to cancel was to call the location. A few hours later I received a notification saying my 2 sandwiches were made and I was charged. Rumor has it, those sandwiches are still sitting on a counter somewhere. Long story short, I would't bring a hog to eat free slop at this location. The customer service is piss poor and the experience was one that will stay with me.

This was my 2nd visit and each time the restaurant was very clean and fresh smelling.Vegetables were fresh, bread was fresh and staff greeted me right away when I entered. The same gentlemen served me both times and was friendly!
