The owner deliberately over charges his customers thinking they won't call him out on it. Even when they do, he argues about it. I saw this happen 2 times before I even ordered. My order is normally $34 and was over $50 when he rang me up. I was warned by employees to check my receipt which tells you how often he does this. I did not pay and walked out. The bread is smaller than normal and hard and the place was dirty but we were hungry after Mardi Gras and wanted to get food anyway. Do not go to this place! Owner is a crook!

I walked in 40 minutes before close. The lady working was incredibly rude to us making it very obvious she didn’t want to serve us because she was ready to go home. She slammed every ingredient, rolled her eyes constantly, and just gave horrible customer service. I felt like I was bothering her by even coming in and she just made us feel awful for bringing our business here. On top of that she built the sandwiches horribly. She must have complained at least 10 times about how she already cleaned up and we were such an inconvenience. All this 40 minutes before close!!!!

I'm reading the same story here that happened to me. It actually closes at 3:30 but the door sign and google maps says 5. Walk in there at 330 the woman is extremely rude tells me to get out. Made a huge scene about me using the wrong door walking by an mopped area.Really do not appreciate being treated like that as a customer will never be going back to this specific location.

By far the WORST sandwich I have ever received from any Subway Restaurant. The location is 243 N. Acadian Thruway in Baton Rouge.On Monday 10-26-23, i joined the Subway Rewards and took advantage of the 50% off any footlong deal by ordering my sandwich on line through the Subway app. I ordered the #1 The Philly with double the pepper jack cheese, more green pepper, more onions, more jalapeño peppers, less mayonnaise, and yellow mustard. The sandwich had very little meat & cheese and non of the more items I requested. There were literally 4 icees of jalapeño peppers. All I could taste was the bread.I used to dine at a Subway restaurant at least 3 times a week, but stopped due to a bad experience at one of the locations. I decided to give them another try and I'm REGRETTING it.It's my opinion that they only put on half the sandwich ingredients since I used a discount and only paid half price. I am extremely disappointed with this location. I also recommend NOT ordering online because you will get short changed on your meal. Just NASTY...

Ordered through Uber eats and paid for extra American cheese on two sandwiches. When I received my order there was no cheese on one sandwich and provolone cheese on the other. I wanted one sandwich toasted and the other cold. Lori switched them. When I called she was argumentative stating its on camera that she put cheese on both. I can not leave my job today, hence me getting lunch delivered. Lori was hostile and wrong! She gave me Alli, the owner's number but he is not answering. This is the 5th time they have gotten my order so wrong that I didn't want to eat it. I guess its my fault for giving them so many opportunities. The family that owns this subway are not friendly and they have hired a manager, Lori who is the same way. This is in a neighborhood of poor people and hospitals and clinics so I doubt if they every shut down. The do well when you come in to order but uber eats and online orders suck

This location is absolute garbage as far as customer service goes. It survives merely because there is not any other place for government workers to eat in the area. The owner/franchisee of this location is extremely rude, and the amount that you will be charged for a sandwich varies day by day. I avoid this location as much as I can but occasionally I will be in a pinch at lunchtime and will order something. I always regret doing business with them. The level of dishonesty and rudeness at this location should cause Subway to evaluate whether this location should be allowed to remain open.

Probably one of the worst subways I've been too. Inside smells bad and the employee just moved like my 6 inch sandwich was such an impediment on her day as she slung it around with little care. The bread tasted really good. Cookies looked underdone so I didn't buy.
