This by far has to be one of the most consistent and best Subways in Baton Rouge. My order is always correct and made fast. The employees are not big on friendly customer service but they are polite and competent. My only complaint is they rarely have chocolate chip cookies in the evenings when I go after work. But when they do have them, the cookies are the best! The neighborhood is not the best. So if you want to get in and out fast, order on the app. It's easy and let's you know when the order is ready.

When I first walked in, the store was clean but the customer service was horrible. The employees looked right at me and didn’t speak. I work at fast food, so when I see a customer walk inside, I instantly speak to them. I waited for the man to take my order and he didn’t say anything just staring at me. Food was great but customer service was just outrageous.

every time I have been here since January, either the manager makes my sandwich wrong or her employees makes my sandwich wrong. I add bacon they don’t put bacon on it. There’s a chicken bacon ranch that I order they don’t put bacon on it then on top of that I will tell the manager that my sandwich is in the way I asked for because when I’ve been into it, I found out and she says I’m not supposed to remake it, but I’ll do it and even if nothing is wrong, the manager always has a nasty attitude especially with her employees. As a student at Southern University when I want something other than the food on campus and I’m going here, I want a better person to do it because she does not like her customers or her employees.

What a joke. I walked out. The employees were more concerned with conversation rather than helping the people in line. The place was filthy, and most of the beverages were empty. Never again.
