Ordered online. Attempted to call 3x to request to hold my sandwiches. No one picked up. They left VM they through away my sandwich in the morning when they opened. I came at open hours but store was closed. Then when I returned, they changed the story that they through it away yesterday and they don't hold sandwiches without a request. How can I make a request when they fail to pick up the phone? Owners denied they heard the phone. Shown them my call log but he turned away. Very poor customer service. Poor management.Owners are unprofessional. Will report to corporate.

Food was good as usual...nice little Subway mixed in with the other businesses...Would have been better with better parking options...that area kinda sucks to not be able to park...order and then goParking: Extremely limited parking options

I have never had problems with management or this location until one day I received a sandwich with uncooked dough on one side. They tried to tell me that it was just because of the sauce but the difference between sogginess and doughy is pretty evident. I asked them to remake it once and they did. Went back to my desk and the second one had the same issue on the side. I went to get my money back but the man who I believe it the owner got very loud with me and was acting like I was the issue. You have to hear what your customers have to say and not automatically think we are in the wrong. Everyone who I showed the sandwich to said it wasn't cooked all the way. This location is already very expensive because of the location. So to have an attitude by the owner left a nasty taste in my mouth. I did get my money back but I will not be coming back to this location.

Disappointed because of the lack of double meat. It has happened a few times and this is the last time I will eat here. It is a very friendly place, but when I pay for something I expect to receive it. There is little to no meat on this sandwich and it is horrible.

This is usually a go to location downtown, but as of late they have not been open. There is no sign that states they are closed and the hours online so t reflect such. I hope all is well, but this not a pleasant experience.

Not transgender friendly.I was in May 26 at 11 am and the woman behind the counter for every single item responded with "yes sir". My girlfriend corrected her every time, but she defiantly kept it up.I am letting trans advocacy groups know to add it to their places to avoid.
