This is by far the worst Taco Bell, I have ever eaten at. The staff is incredibly rude, will insult their customers to their face. Tonight we ordered four bean burritos with bean and cheese only. They proceeded to hand us four rolled up pieces of bread with cheese and hot sauce on it. Then don't even ask them to fix their mistake. They will act like you, the paying customer, are unconvincing them. I know these are hard times but it does not take much skill to assemble a taco or a burrito, or so I thought. These people have shown me otherwise.

The big guy rainbow guy that work.nights so rude! He come.on the intercom coughing to make you not want to order!! Then when you pull up it's a old elderly lady at the window!! Mind you this is at night like 11pm to 12am time frame!!! They are so rude when. I see they are at the window I go to one on college drive by Walmart in baton rouge!!! The food be hot and the are nice and friendly!!!!!! I be scared to order from the one at Burbank because the play on the intercom!!! Mrs Kim need to rearrange night shift!

I’m writing this as I’m waiting in line for my food. There was no greeting at the speaker box. “What can I get you” is what the lady said with an attitude. My boyfriend said we had a mobile order. She proceeded to ask “what can I get you.” When we got to the window to pick up the food, the guy opened the window and said “ma’am can you pull backwards?” to my boyfriend. Clearly a male. Why do we have to pull back for? Are you doing something that you’re not suppose to do with my food? Everytime I come here, is a different bad experience.

I hate this place so much, they treat their customers with no respect. They will feel personally attacked if you enter the lobby and will force you to only use the drivethru even if it is impeding traffic. I implore you to find a different location this one is not adequate enough.

Worst experience I’ve had by far. I ordered through the mobile app and selected drive through. I arrived and cars were wrapped around the building so I went inside where there were 3 people. After being ignored for ten minutes while workers made eye contact with me, they finally said it was “too bad” and that I couldn’t be given my order in store because I selected drive through. I showed them the receipt and they shrugged and walked away.

Customer service is terrible. 3 workers but only one making orders. Very slow. I worked at a Taco Bell for 5 years as a manager. This is the worst experience ever. The line was wrapped around the building only because they had no sense of urgency. I would advise the district manager to review the tapes and sos time for this location.

the worst taco bell i’ve ever been to, my order is wrong almost every time i go. i put a mobile order in, so there should be no reason for a mess up. you ask for no tomatoes, they give you tomatoes. you ask to add beans, they ONLY give you beans with no other ingredients.. i was missing 2 items on my order today and all my food was cold. i give up on this one ://

I swear there is no one at this building half the time I come here, like the building is fully empty, but also not closed. If the line doesn’t move most likely it’s because not a single worker is inside the building and also couldn’t be bothered to turn off any lights. Also most of them are allergic to putting sauce in the bag.
