I placed a delivery order today at 12:30 when I received my food it was cold and my chalupa shells and taco soft shells where moldy the meat look like I been cooked since yesterday. I had to throw everything away what a waste of 20.00
For the third time ive gotten shells that smelled like burnt plastic or chemicals. Something is happening with the shells from the crunchy tacos. I normally check the bag of the order to make sure everything is right. I shouldnt have to smell my shells before I leave. I feel like now its best to dont get any crunchy tacos. Tacobell is hard to turn down I still wanna get food. It maybe something the employees arent doing right and can be prevented with guidance or being more careful. There was also a time in the last 30 days the tacos barely had any meat at all. I think all employees should know how much meat to put on tacos.
