Great boiled seafood! Any spice level you want, but be warned most of the levels are spicy. Plenty of corn and potatoes included! The absolute best mozzarella sticks I've ever eaten which was a bit of a surprise! People in my party ordered fried catfish and fries as well as chicken strips and they looked crispy and delicious! They have great specials! For $24, I got 2 lbs of crawfish, corn, potatoes and a margarita! The drinks are strong! Now, the only thing is that both times I've been, the service was slow. The staff is friendly, but be prepared to be there for a few hours. Between waiting for our orders to be taken, to waiting for the food (our boiled seafood came out 20 minutes before the appetizers and about 30-40 minutes before the fried food baskets and someone ordered rice to go with their sauce from the boil and I can't even remember how long that took!). But, overall I good experience.

Been here so many times and the service is usually pretty slow or not there at all...lol. But tonight we had an AMAZING server, Taylorrr was so quick and on it with everything. Will ask for her when we come back! As always food was amazing

I live in New Orleans and drove out to this restaurant in Baton Rouge because a patient recommended it as her favorite "boil house". She was right and didn't miss! The service could use a little improvement based on the bickering heard at the front near the host booth but our server was good. The ambiance is loud but expected for this kind of restaurant. We ordered the chargrilled oysters which had some kind of BBQ sauce on it but was really good. The boiled snow crabs, shrimp and trimmings were all good. We will definitely be back.

Bizarre place. Waitress walked up and introduced herself as Gia. I said hello dear and she said she was fine. Then she walked away and I never got waited on so I left. Bad vibes.

Seafood was really good. Crab legs were good size. Crawfish were tiny but still good. They also did not have any blue crabs so they substituted head on shrimp. I dinged them one star because They did not inform me they were out of blue crab at the time that I ordered nor did they ask me what I would like to substitute it with.. I may have ordered something else. Or chose something else other than head on shtimp as the replacement item

First and last time setting foot in the establishment. Ordered the sleepy crab platter at $109…didn’t receive the blue crabs and another pound of crawfish since it was a party of three along with several appetizers. Our order came out un bagged which should have been a red flag but it looked and smelled okay. Started digging in and we realized that we were missing the blue crabs. So we notified our waiter and he went to kitchen to let the back of the house know and was told that platter didn’t come with blue crabs. We asked for menu and it was there. Which brought out the manager from hell that thinks she can give a customer what she wants to replace an item that we wanted. As a paying customer that option is mine. Had I known i would have ordered something else. Rude and belligerent to the fact a paying customer is “arguing” that you gave me “paying” customer the option of ordering something I preferred. And assume my tone was argumentative when in fact it is normal. I really don’t think the owner would appreciate the a-gregarious manner you handle customers because they call you out for forcing something we didn’t order and then telling us we had to pay an upcharge because you were out of something. First and last time ever!

Atmosphere is such a fun theme. Our server needs to smile more often, and she should check on things that we may need at the table. Crawfish size is pretty good and very clean. Taste is a bit salty but I'm okay with it. Oysters are also fresh.
