Chill place. I like that the drinks are reasonably priced, tasty, and plenty strong. A nice little spot to have some quiet time too which is a huge plus. Great spot for talking with friends. The lounge chairs are comfy. I recommend the old-fashioned.
If you are searching for a cool place, The River Room is the best option. The cocktails are a work of art. Each drink is carefully crafted with precision and creativity. The food menu is a delightful surprise. And the ambience add an entertainment to your visit.

I was only in Baton Rouge for a short work trip, and found myself wishing I could take this place home with me (speaking as a resident of New Orleans where we have no shortage of amazing bars).
