I ordered a take out salad for lunch and part of the order was to have fajita chicken on the salad. I get back to my office to find no chicken on the salad. I call the Coursey Blvd location (location where I ordered) and kindly let them know about the mess up so I can get refunded for something I did not receive. The girl who answered my call immediately hung up on me when I told her about the mess up. I called again and someone picked up then hung up the call. This was the third time my order was missing an ingredient but this is the first time the ingredient was associated with a surcharge.

This is my favorite salad station. The veggies are always fresh. The staff are also great, happy and polite. Shout out to Pam she's the sweetest. I recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to eat.

For the price you pay, the quality of the ingredients needs to be better. The lettuce looked and tasted like it had been sitting out all day.

Beautiful location! My first time on Coursey. Just very big and welcoming. Plenty of seating. They had the largest selection of items at a hot bar I've seen at any location. They had soups, seasonal sweet potatoes, baked potatoes, and meatballs along with noodles which was a first time seeing those. The young ladies were helpful in getting me my gallons of lemonade. Unfortunately this locations was out of Caesar dressing and I wasn't aware until after I had made my Caesar salad BUT I LOVE the new mango dressing so I happily switched it up and grabbed a cup of that sweet deliciousness. They also had a large variety of fruit-infused alkaline waters in the smaller size which I loved! I was able to grab a few and they were perfect for on the go the next three days.

First time going to The Salad Station on Coursey.Very disappointing! Unsanitary conditions, food all over the counters, and dirty dishes piled up. Please clean up your act!

Not sure what is going on with this location which is typically decent quality. Today, 5-1-23, lettuce was half brown, cucumbers tasted bitter, checked was meh, and everything was generally worse than normal.
