I ordered a cake for pick up. The store was unfortunately closed. We were not sure what to do. I reached out through the contact us part on the website and immediately got a response. Marc responded and was extremely helpful in getting our cake to us. He drove to us to bring us the cake. This went above and beyond any expectations and it was truly appreciated. The cake was great, also!

No signage as to where to order. Do you order when you walk-in? Do they take your order athe th ice cream counter? Oh wait until you get to the cashier. Then ask her if she takes your order? I would have loved to hear someone ask if I needed help or this is how you order! Instead the nex to customers had to prompt the employees to give them service. Nice they bring you your order. Hey sir this it’s the cheesecake and thank you.Now I read I paid for the mugs!?!? Hey sir with you $50 order you get to keep the mugs.Hello sir, welcome to The Yard. Have you ever been here? No, then let me tell you how it works. Train the staff. I bring my employees to Chic-ra-la on millerville and tell them this is how you keep customers.What a great concept! It could be so much more. Insist on more personality. Don’t look bummed when 12 customers come in an hour before you close. Make that $200–$275 and be happy!

This amazing milkshake bar reminded me of Black Tap in NYC. Countless delectable options of shakes and ice cream bowls that will suit anyone's taste and preferences. Portions are HUGE! But they do have tops so if you can't finish all of your ice cream, you can take it home with you. I do wish there was an order form or something to see and document all of the things you would like in your bowl or shake. I definitely had to keep looking back at the menu on my phone to see all of the available toppings and ice cream flavors. Lots of available seating and they have adorable merch!

Presentation are 10/10. The taste however is just okay it's not bad but not anything special. Price was high but you do get to keep the jar so it kind of justifies it.
We had a quick stop in for some fun dessert. We had the PB&J milkshake (amazing), the S'mores milkshake (my daughter loved), and the Strawberry Cheesecake milkshake (my wife thoroughly enjoyed)! You keep your glass jars. They have a sink for you to rinse and take with you. Very nice service.

I ordered the strawberry cream cheesecake. Definitely would recommend. It was delicious! The portions are appropriate to for the price. I could not finish it all.

However, I feel the need to share the experience I had when I visited this location on 4/28/23 around 7:30pm.I ordered the strawberry and cream cheesecake sundae. The slice of cheesecake that was placed in it, was frozen, solid as a rock. I was unable to eat it. When I made the manager, who was present at the time, aware, the response I got was, ”They are always frozen.” I told her the last time I was there, the cheesecake I had was not frozen, and I was able to eat it immediately. She stated, “ It’s kept in the freezer, so they are always served frozen.” Instead of going back and forth with her, I told her I will write a review on my experience. In the meantime, I was unable to enjoy my sundae dish.I felt a good manager should have responded by saying, “I’m sorry that you are not happy with your order, would you like something else in its place?”Because of the customer service I received, I will not be visiting this place again. Nor will I recommend it to anyone.
