This was my first time at this walk ons location and I have to say it is definitely the best location I have visited. Came in to watch the lsu basketball game and the atmosphere was great. Sammy was an excellent server and was very knowledgeable about the menu. Definitely will be coming back to this location!

Take out for work party--poor food quality and incorrect orders. Called about missing chicken from the salad and was told "come and pick it up if you still want it." That's terrible service and quality control as a co-workers wrap that was supposed to be no bacon had bacon on it. I don't like giving negative reviews but the last few have not been good, and something needs to be done about it. Two stars because I've had good food here before. Terribly disappointed and it will take me a while to return and I would never advise getting take out.

Just came in to town. Found this place on google. Kellie and Catie were amazing. I enjoyed the recommended dish of catfish Atchafalaya and it was delicious!!! I even got a free scoop of ice cream for my birthday. Will definitely return!

Ordered online at about 5:30pm. Set future time for pickup at 7:10pm. Showed up at 7:05pm. Wasn't greeted or even acknowledged for nearly 15 mins. Several servers walked by and just pointedly looked away. They weren't even packed. I even called while standing there and got no answer, just a fax machine or modem sound when the line picked up. Manager shows up finally with my food to go, so naturally I assumed he checked the order before giving it to me bagged and stapled closed. Clearly not. Arrived home to find a side order that was nearly $5 missing from the order as well as no rice for the gumbo or the etouffe dishes. Called from home at least 8 times and repeatedly got the modem sound after 10 or so rings. So, now I have either drive all the way back there to get my money back or my food that was omitted from my order or just eat the loss. Needless to say, I won't be returning to this location anytime soon. Only reason they got 2 stars and not 1 is that the food we did receive was good.

Party of 4 came in Saturday night for dinner was able to order quickly and waited over 30 minutes for 4 entrees. 2 of the 4 peoples fries were cold, both black jack chicken sandwiches were cold. One chicken and avocado club ordered and no avocado came on the sandwich. Buffalo chicken wrap had no tomatoes or cheddar cheese. Cold and all orders were incorrect.

Went on a Saturday evening which was packed which is expected but the food quality was horrible...not sure if they were rushing in the kitchen due to being busy but everything was rushed & didn't have that freshly cooked to it... boudin balls were not fried hard enough, boneless bites weren't sauce enough, & the spinach dip was extra greasy.

DO NOT ORDER TAKEOUT FROM HERE. I ordered 50 dollars worth of food from this location and they gave me the complete wrong order with 2 dry chicken wraps in the place of an expensive burger, salad with salmon and cheese logs. We drove so far and shouldve checked the bag but it took forever anyways. When we got home we saw the mistake. I didnt feel like calling so I emailed in to their support. A couple days pass and I didnt hear anything from their email support so I call the store to check up on the ticket and she goes... I dont care if you contacted support there is nothing I can do. You should've brought the food back!? Like as if. It's your mistake and not driving all the way back out there and back again. I assumed with a big name restaurant they would make it right. I was wrong. Don't eat here, terrible customer service and rude as hell. Fire the manager because she didnt care at all. Very unprofessional
