Old lady had me wait in line with hella other people and when I got to the register, she asked is that all I have. Then proceeded to deny me check out once it was my turn to be checked out. Once I explained I have been in line the whole time waiting, she still denied check out, like I wasn’t waiting with others. She was an old light skin Black woman, with glasses on night shift, whom happened to have removed her nametag. A Disrespectful old hag making your establishment look terrible.

Absolutely love this location! The employees are so friendly and always smiling ? The merchandise is pretty organized and you can get in and out fairly quickly. Walmart, you must know that Mr. Daryle was so helpful and made sure I had everything I needed. I told him I would write a review just because of his kind acts. You are lucky to have him as an employee. Thank you Mr. Darryl for everything. I definitely recommend everyone come to this location.

This is a poor manged Wal-Mart location. They need to clean the registers and floors. The White Karen thought I was going to steal two (2) rolls of paper towels, costing .68 each. It's pathetic and sad people have not learned character and personality. The white Karen didn't question if I needed help; well, at least that would have made the shopping experience better. I made sure white Karen understood my intentions. The atmosphere in this store is off. The training is so bad a blind man can tell they need help. I am a certified security guard. White Karen just failed all facets for making sure someone is not shoplifting. I cancelled the Wal-Mart membership after this interaction.

On this Thanksgiving holiday; I want to publicly thank both the General Manager (Kevin) and stock associate (CJ) for going over and far beyond the extra mile today! I ran in on one the busiest shopping days to get last minute things. It was pretty busy and rightfully so. At the same time my son (8 months) had just fell asleep for a nap. I wanted to keep him asleep so I opted to push my stroller and pull a basket, at the same time. I was really feeling like a pain in the, you know what, because I was in everybody’s way it felt like. The manager grabbed my basket, which I’d left at the end of the aisle, to only take stroller down the aisle. In the midst of me explaining that I needed both, he replied “I know and you’ve got your hands full… he’s (CJ) going to walk with you.” Wow, Walmart! I was so caught off guard, appreciative, relieved - talk about customer service. To CJ’s parents, job well done! Yes ma’am, no ma’am at all times, respectful and polite. I can’t say thank you enough. Thank you for being observant, thank you for sacrificing whatever CJ was supposed to be doing to lend me a hand. I am so thankful! My son woke up right as we were headed to the checkout. CJ unloaded the groceries at checkout, walked out to my truck with me, and loaded them while I got my son situated. I have never experienced such amazing service at any Walmart in Baton Rouge! I hope this post reaches you both, HAPPY THANKSGIVING!

Money Center opens at 8, the sales associate that is suppose to be at the post is never here or they always try to say the don’t do the service because either they don’t know how to do it or they don’t want to do it and it is very sickening, every time you come in this store and they aren’t where they are suppose to be. Waisted a whole hour here waiting to add money to my cashapp. Rude older cashier at register 4 let's me stand their while the person ahead of me gets their 50 or so items scanned, and that long wait she turns her sign over to lane closed, tells me to go to register 6 which was just as long of a wait, and then proceeds to wait on other customers after I go to register 6. Do I need to talk to someone about yall customer service?
No 'walmart car center' here but from Google maps search it is first on the list.

Everything is so expensive. A jar of spaghetti sauce is $6.99. A single pear cost me $1.10(w tax). Corporations said it(price increases)was supply chain issues. Guess what? No more issues but yet prices are still incredibly high. F walmart. F corporations. F stock market. F big pharma. F oil corporations.

Your usual neighborhood Walmart with alot of daily day use groceries and other stuff. Less furniture items.Abundance of all items - no issues with self checkout. Staff assisted check out is also present.A tad bit cold inside than required. Other than that no personal complaints

store was very clean and all of the employees were helpful and so nice. specifically a woman named Nique was working the self checkout and helped get our babys formula when there was none on the shelf. we didn’t even have to ask her to she was just happy to help. her positive attitude made our night.
