Drive thru screen is busted. Lady at window was unhelpful and wouldn't give us a receipt. Asked for salt, gave us two singular packets. Out of basic foods. Just don't eat there, somewhere else will have better stuff and cleaner place. I could get a drink and 10 burritos at Taco bell for this price.

The Wendy's manager, who was a woman with dreadlocks, was extremely rude. When I arrived to pick up my mobile order, she insisted that I call Uber and inform them that the store closes at 2 am ( it was 1:42 am ) and won't accept orders after that time. Additionally, the other employees were also rude and difficult to communicate with. I never received the order and I was told they were out of stock of the particular burger , after being handed the wrong order.

The food was horrible. Our burger patty was old and dry. The buns wasn’t even toasted, it was cold and stiff maybe stale The fries were extremely cold and old, whatever happen to made to order when business is slow. This is the worst Wendy’s meal we ever had. The sad part we normally go to Wendy’s because of the freshness but that wasn’t the case tonight. My husband wanted to bring everything back but I didn’t have the energy to even go back especially after listen to the manager curse while customers were present both in drive thru and front corner. However we threw everything away, money lost. However our drinks were great. This Wendy’s definitely doesn’t have to worry about us ever visiting again.

The frosty machine has been down for weeks the workers are nice about it but real bummer to have gone multiple times craving nothing more than a chocolate frosty only to be told "I'm sorry the machine is STILL broken." Very unsatisfied.

I ordered the new Grill chicken wrap. Each time I have ordered it, it's a different size. This was on the smaller size but the service and the taste was really good. They have the best drive thru of any Wendys I have ever been to. They were super nice and fast.

I went into the restaurant to order, and the workers didn't acknowledge me standing at the register for about 7 minutes. A woman started to take my order by walking up to the register and staring at me, not saying a word. I asked for a large Pumpkin Frosty and she said they didn't have Frostys. I walked out in disgust.I think the Pumpkin Frosty is like a unicorn. I hear about them but never can see one. This is the second Wendy's I went to for a Pumpkin Frosty and was told they didn't have any/ ran out?????? So disappointing.
