My husband and I went to this location Friday night after rock the country concert ended. We placed order online but knew they would be busy so we waited in drive thru line an hour and 15 minutes to pick up our order. My husband is handicapped and his ADA tag was hanging clearly in the car. I was asleep in passenger side. We got to window to pick up and was told he would have to go in to pick up order and wait another hour or so in the inside line. He showed his ADA tag and said he was unable to go in to get and asked that they hand him the food through drive thru . He was then told if he couldn’t find someone to go get his order he could cancel it. He canceled the order but was still charged the $40 because the manager put they had already prepared the food. This was pure discrimination and corporate was contacted. We have not heard back from them yet. I will never go to this place again!

I'm not a big fan of the "Western Music " played. But they will turn it down if asked. Otherwise. It's GREAT!!!Wheelchair accessibility: Lots of tables and most have movable chairs.

The order was incorrect with multiple errors. When l explained the errors to the cashier, she insisted SHE was right. When l showed her the receipt of what l order compared to what she gave me, she was very ugly. I will never go to Whataburger again.
