TLDR: expect a long wait, check your bag before you leave if you're picking up, and don't order a large drink (the food was good though) I ordered online and the website said the wait would be 58-63 minutes which I thought was crazy but ok. Then I went to pick up my order and I told the employee my name, they gave me a bag of food and two regular sized cups. I ask for one large cup since I ordered (and paid for) one large drink and the employee tells me that they don't have large cups, annoying again but ok. Then I drive 10 minutes home and there are only fries in my bag, no wings. So then I drive 10 minutes back and tell the employees that I didn't receive the wings I ordered when I initially picked up my order 20 minutes prior. The employee makes a face and acts in a way that implies I'm just lying to get free food. Then one of the other employees checks the to-go order rack and there was another bag with my name on it that they just hadn't handed me the first time. Overall it was a very frustrating experience but the food was good. If you go in assuming that the wait will be long and check your bags before you leave it should be fine.

Worst customer service by far, I tried to order over the phone at 10:45 so I thought it was ready then it was never ordered I tried to order in person again at 11:10 and I was refused cause they stop taking orders at 11:30 pm so Come in no later then 11pm they stop taking orders at 11pm.

As we walked into Wingstop in Arlington the manager looked at us and said we are not taking anymore orders that is just being lazy and a little rude. And one of the employees said you can order online. Because they were rude we just walked out and did not purchase anything and we went to wings and thing down the road and got treated a whole lot better.

Not one person in there have a hair net, dreads hanging low and dirty on everyones food , not one worker have on gloves but they will argue with paying customers over something as simple as dipping sauce . Lady Manager with the orange dreads just young and rude. No type of customer service skills. If I can give no stars I would! Sad

Customer service is just non existent. If the app tells you 15-20min. Expect it to be 40-50min. And always check your order. They have NEVER given me everything I ordered and half the time it's even the wrong sauce and chicken.

The absolute worst service I’ve ever experienced. There was a long line of people waiting to order with four workers standing around not caring. Ordered online but still waited over an hour for my food. Will never go back to this wingstop.

Avoid this wingstop at all cost. They rarely answer the phone. They always seem to mess up your order and you will have to wait forever for your order. I definitely wouldn’t recommend doordash or using a delivery service with this location. You will be disappointed. I am disappointed every time I order from here. I’ve never had a good experience.
