Their food and this location is usually good, but after finding a long black hair in my sandwich, I haven't returned. I threw the whole meal away. It was disgusting.

Just waited 20 minutes for some mediocre food ! Employees too lazy to walk the orders out as they were ready. Instead I had to wait for mine and the 4 cars who ordered behind me. Coleslaw juice all over chicken and fries. No more zaxby for me yall can keep it !!

I went here recently on 2 different occasions. Two 3 weeks ago I think the manager's name was Talea, took care of me in a food situation and made it right. The other day Caden was in the drive thru and provided excellent service, in correcting another issue I had with food.

Drive thru Employee did not provide good customer service. Employee was Rude over speaker and when I pulled up to the window, he was talking with co-workers when giving the receipt and didn’t acknowledge me nor did he say thank you. Employee told us they were waiting on chicken and the chicken on my Cobb salad was cold and hard. The bacon was left off the salad and the toast was burned . This happened on 1/21/24 around 5:00 pm.

Food is horrible I had plans on returning It but I’m sure the customer service would have been even more horrible because why would you sell anyone some uncooked food !!And let’s not talk about how dirty the drink machine IS that thing was spitting out black stuff….

Maybe they were just having a bad day, based on all the other reviews. The day I went in there was not a pleasant experience. The bathroom was gross — slippery floors, disposable gloves on the floor, no soap in the dispenser. The Freestyle machine was out of everything except Fanta and Mello Yellow. There was no cover on the sweet tea dispenser. The staff were cordial but definitely not friendly. They seemed to be bothered by having to help me. Food was OK though.
Chicken just okay. Fries not crisp. Dips good. Just get tenders... boneless wings small and dry.
