I ordered a cheesy gordita crunch and a nachos bell grande and the meat was bad. They’re serving bad meet at this location. The service was ok, although I get the feeling that the employees don’t really care much whether they do a good job or not. I’ll be bypassing this location from now on. Too bad because it’s right on my route but I don’t want to risk getting sick from the food.

I BARELY EAT TACO BELL STOPPED BY AFTER A FRIEND LET ME TRY THE CHALUPA BOX..I DECIDED HEY LET ME GET ONE,I TRIED EXPLAINING WHAT I WANTED TO THE EMPLOYEE .”CAN I HAVE CHALUPA BOX AND I WANT ALL CHALUPAS THEY GAVE ME 3 SOFT SHELL BURRITOS??I said well you know what ima be nice and go around and just order what I want being that I didn't know the correct term to use to get her to understand.i said mam I want 3 chulupa that’s in the box ….could y’all believe they stil gave me the wrong thing and it was 11$ so I spent 30 dollars basically for stuff I didn’t want because the employee don’t even know what’s on they menuNo offense but they need to stopHiring people that know nothing about Mexican culture and food ?will never stop by again rather eat grass off the sidewalk

Hadn't ordered fast food such as Taco Bell in years. We were in a bind late one night and decided to give it a try after seeing they offer vegetarian options on their online platform (which is the reason for 2 stars and not just 1). The pictures online were deceiving versus what the guy fixed us. The pictures looked plump, fresh, and tasteful. However, ours wasn't so. There were only 2 pieces of sweet potatoes on our Spicy Potato Soft Taco and it wasn't made to order. The potatoes were hard and stale. Very disappointed. The upside was the lady on the speaker was very nice and patient.
