Friendly and prompt service. The atmosphere in the back room was quite nice with the water feature adding a nice background noise. The food was very good for the most part. I thought the fajitas could have benefited from some more browning but the taste was good. The Carne Assada was done beautifully but I would have enjoyed a little more guacamole ?. I am glad to have finally tried Maria’s after being so disappointed by the other Mexican restaurant in town! The Salsa was perfect! Everything that I saw going out looked like it was cooked beautifully and everything I ate was cooked well. Our server was very friendly and attentive. The space is really nice and I enjoyed the ambiance. I am very happy to have discovered this place!

Fajitas come sizzling on the platter like they are supposed to be. Salsa is second to none! Flower tortillas are awesome as well. Between those, the corn tortillas & the salsa... It's hard not to be full when the food comes.
