First off the table was sticky. They didn't have cheese sticks so they wouldn't do the sampler appetizer plate. The waitress was very lazy and unattentive. We only got our initial drinks and no refills. The chips and queso that we received the chips tasted like they had been cooked in burnt oil. None of our food was very good. My daughter received more french fries with her kids meal. Then my teenage son received with his burger. Our waitress and most of the staff was too busy watching another waitress get into a fight with a customer which included the comps being called. I literally had to wait watching them fight verbally for almost 10 minutes before I was given my receipt or was able to even pay for my meals. I felt very uncomfortable with the behavior of the staff at that point. I will not be returning in the future.

Was seated at about 10:30....orders taken quickly. Appetizer took a long time where we even had to remind them about it..during this wait an employee blared the jukebox where it rattled from the bass. After over 40 minutes, we find out our food was apparently burnt. Two of three meals had to be remade. Manager apologized and discounted our ticket. However, drink refills were slow and mostly forgotten. From start to finish it took an hour and a half. Will not be returning....even if the cinnamon rolls were amazing.

We stopped by for a late lunch on a weekday. It wasn’t crowded and there were very few waitpersons (not unusual these days). There was a guy at the front with very long dirty hair worn in a low ponytail with sweat stains all over the front of his shirt, turned out he was the host! We were seated and after at least 10 minutes with nobody taking our orders we got up and left. Place seemed unclean and service was abominable.

The employees were very friendly. The establishment was VERY dirty. The bathrooms were disgusting and unsanitary. There were feminine hygiene products open and used in the floor, vomit on a toilet and trash overflowing the trash cans. The restaurant was a mess and there were way more people staffed than there was people to serve. The food took way longer than reasonable because the restaurant was almost empty for dinner hour. No excuse because there were a lot of people just standing around doing nothing.

He looked at his phone for a minute before seating us. I wasted $41 eating here.. You only get one side and some very greasy salty meat. Will never come here again?

Mid-afternoon, they said they were short staffed, but you could not tell; because they all pitched in and helped each other(even the bar person) to provide a seamless and pleasant dining experience.Everyone was friendly, helpful; all the areas were clean. More places should take up this teamwork!We had steak and shrimp, both were good.At this time would recommend. Nice to see workers help each other instead of being on the phone or " not my job"....Well done Applebee's/B.C. on 03-03-2023 !!!?Parking: Well maintained, spacious

Okay first of all, we ordered for pickup, shall I mention we've eaten here numerous times before and it has never been this horrible, walked in the door and then the hostess was already giving attitude and you could tell she did not want to be there. I told her the name on my order, she came back with the food but when my husband told her the name on his, she went back to go get it, and came back from the kitchen and went to go sit down at the booth and didn't even come back to us. Another lady told her "you have people at the front". Turns out the smoothies were never made, another girl made them and handed them to us but instantly walked away and never gave us straws. We ordered two different flavors of smoothies and received the same flavor, kids cup sizes when we ordered regular, and no straws. We get home just to find out the chicken we got in our pasta is obviously old, undercooked, slimy, and off smelling with a slight pink color in the center. some of the noodles are undercooked as well and hard. I only put two stars cause the mozzarella sticks were still good and the breadsticks.

Then a young man came out of the back with a coat on and his ear buds I have my doubts now he was even working there I just thought he was someone leaving then he said y'all can sit in the first booth. I said where at he said right there. Then he said, I not gonna leave you hanging dog. I thought ok, we sat down waitress came after a few minutes ask what we wanted to drink she soon returned with our drinks I ordered a Pepsi it was not Pepsi. So we waited and waited while we watch people going and coming from the kitchen area going outside and coming back. We finally just left. As we were leaving the guy that seated us was coming back in with another guy. He said thank y'all I thought really, did you not notice we never even ordered. This place evidently needs new management.

Would give zero stars if I could. Service sucks made us feel like we were bothering them just coming in. Somebody using their sweater to serve food/drink. Ordered a drink 3 times to finally get it 45 minutes later. Waited 56 mins to get 2/3 appetizers ordered. Brought the last one cold and a while after the others. At this point we’re ready to just leave. That also took FOREVER for them to come up with the ticket of what we’ve had. Then tried to charge $52 dollars for those two drinks and two appetizers we did get but couldn’t provide us with an itemized receipt.

The absolute, worst service! There were only four tables in the whole restaurant and it took almost 45 minutes to get our food. They completely forgot about our appetizer and the food was old and cold but the plates were ridiculously hot. Couldn't figure out who our waitress was... it was very disappointing!

Don't waste your time or money here. Extremely slow service and the food couldn't be more bland. The queso dip is horrible, burger was flavorless, and the chicken fajita roll up was meh. The fries were the best thing on the plates and they were not even that good. This place misses on every shot. Save yourself the hassle, headache, and belly ache.

Very disappointed went today with my family of six just to try the sizzling meals and after being seated and being there an hour we had our order taken and appetizers came out just to wait and be told that our food was not going to come while watching a table of four be served food was a real disappointment knowing they only had two cooks we should have been informed when we arrived rather than having to wait all that time and given the choice of if we were going to stay or not. Manager didn't attempt to come and apologize for the inconvenience.
