The Rock
This has got to be one of the worst locations and slowest locations I’ve ever seen first of all. There’s always a long line every time you go the employees give you the worst customer service and look like they hate their lives just closed down or shut down this restaurant too many complaints.

Waiting over 1 1/2 hours to get my food after placing an order for pick up and was told multiple times that they would get on it without informing us that they were back up!!

Service is super slow and food isn’t prepared most of the time, last time had to wait for chicken this time white rice. Almost waited 30 mins just for the rice to not be boiled properly. Terrible, used to be a good location won’t be returning and I’m sure the line of 20 behind me wouldn’t either

We arrived and were second in line to order. Maybe four or so people dining in at the time. Nearly every table was dirty. Trash can was beyond over flowing. At least three drink choices were out as well as two lemonade/frescas. The cashier tried to tell us they all they had were large drinks/cups and had to charge accordingly I guess because they seemed really confused when I told them I just wanted small drinks. That they could give me whatever cup they had to. Overall worst chipotle experience I’ve ever had.

Found large pieces of meat in the fajita in my $ 10 Veggie Burrito. Can't say I'll be coming here again. Highly disappointed at the lack of hygiene shown by this food cross-contamination.

We travel and eat at chipotles regularly on the road because the food is fresh and because they are very allergy friendly. The people were very nice but this store served way smaller than normal portions compared to other locations. The steak was extra fatty and tough and not up to normal chipotle quality. My burrito looked deflated and my daughters small burrito was extra small. The quesadillos were normal quality/size. Chipotle is usually great but too pricey when stores skimp. We had to buy a second child burrito for my daughter.
