On February 27, 2024 at 2:30 pm I order a large fried okra. The fried okra were burnt. So I told the cashier I want some more okra thats not burnt. They pretty gave me the same okra but put a couple of fresh ones on top.

I don't really care for Church's chicken. I do, however, love there sides. I ordered a small bomber, small okra and a glazed biscuit. Everything was hot. The okra has no salt on it causing it not to taste as good. They put it all in the same box and turned the box on it's side. So, most of my okra ended up in the biscuit icing. The workers were nice enough but didn't pay enough attention to detail for me to give it a higher rating.Vegetarian options: All fried sides are vegetarian. The okra and fries are vegan.

This used to be our regular place to get fried chicken, it was so good we didn't mind waiting 20-25 minutes for it. We moved away from the area, then came back to visit and we're looking forward to getting some of their delicious chicken, only to find out they changed the name, and the recipe (they say they didn't). Our last and final visit to this location left us with smaller pieces of chicken, and so blah even our dogs didn't care for it. Never going back.

Service was slow and not friendly. Waited 10 minutes to order, then 30 minutes after we paid. Food was not fresh cooked. Ordered regular flavor chicken and got spicy. Threw out half meal at home. Will not return.

I order my food ask if the food was fresh got my food return ready to eat open the box chicken was very old dry and cold drinks was water down no ice never going back to this location again 3rd time . I dont understand this at all had to write a review ....very disappointing....
