Took a time or two but really grew to like the yogurt.

Wow! What a great gem to easily stop at. We are traveling and have a person with Celiac, so normal fast food doesn’t work. Ordered 4 sandwiches and a salad, absolutely fresh and so tasty! Avocado sandwich was heaven! Definitely worth turning the corner to get to!

First time here, expected more i guess...cashier was very nice, but the yogurt didn't taste any different from buying a pint out the store...don't get me wrong, it wasn't bad....just expected a more unique taste

They have permanently lost my business. I have tried to support them 3 times. All 3 times they have been closed or drive through only. Why not just make your hours 2am - 6:30 Am. Those should meet all 2 of your customers you want to cater to. Never going back!!!

Best sandwich (turkey melt), I have EVER had from anywhere. I placed a online order, and they were precise! Will visit every time I go to the office. ???

Ordered tuna salad. Asked if there were raw onions. Was answered “no”. Were red onions in the sandwich. Brought it back and asked for a steak and cheese. Used to be my go to there. Ended up throwing the steak and cheese away and leaving hungry. Also, counter worker was not only negligent, but also kind of rude. Used to be a great place. Should be zero stars, but one is the least I could select.

Cheese on all 6 of our sandwiches was shredded...it wasn't even melted like it was suppose to be...I've been there before when I visited my daughter and it's not like it use to be...won't go again.

Not the same... there putnless fruit, honey and granola on their humpries... also the amount of yogurt was less.

It was okay but for a large cup of yogurt was a little small it seemed to be the size of a medium and ask for extra honey but didnt received it . Dont know if they have changed the size of there cups but as I remember they seemed to be a lot bigger than what I was served. I dont know if they closed down the one on kings hwy. But they made sure it was right also with the amount of ingredients. Dont think I'll ever go back to the one on hwy.80 ever again.

I like Counter Culture. I have been to several locations of counter culture around Bossier and Shreveport. We came to this location with friends after going to the Field of Dreams park. The employees were rude when I accidentally asked said Humphrey vs. a yogurt cup for the kids. I do understand I said the wrong thing but a polite education vs. mocking would be preferred. Two of the kids got way more toppings which did not go unnoticed by the other two. When I went back up and asked if we could have more so they could be equal they told me they would have to charge me for it. Not coming back to this location again. It would have cost maybe .10 cents to make the kids all the same on their end. Instead I had two happy kids and two upset kids. Although I will continue to go to Counter Culture I will never be back to this location. The customer service left much to be desired. I wanted to take the kids to a local place vs a chain. I wish I could have had a different experience because this location is very close to the park and right on the way home.
