Went in to get ice cream and was told that they could not sell any ice cream. When I saw them hand the guy behind me an ice cream I asked what was going on. I was told that they could only do DoorDash or mobile ice cream orders per their managers instructions because those orders can’t be refunded. This completely blew me away because how do you refuse customers when your machines are perfectly fine and you have the product in stock. Not to mention the restaurant was not clean, and then we stood at the counter for all of ten minutes without being greeted or anything while the workers just carried on like no customers were standing there waiting to order. Very unprofessional and a total waste of a drive.

How do you run out of ice cream at Dairy Queen of all places.? I could understand a one off but to consistently say you’re out of ice cream after 8 PM for the rest of the night there’s something wrong it’s Dairy Queen dairy being the keyword come on guys you can do better.

Great service had an item left out called back and was to stop by anytime and it will be taken care of as I was shown today when stopped by the staff and Manager was very polite and took great care of me!! Come and see them for fresh hot food and excellent service!
