EDIT: 2nd visit, was not impressed with the pho meat quality, was not able to chew any of the meat, complete rubber. The waitress was very nice.Absolutely stunned by the pho, great amount of meat, flavor is off the chain. DANK DANK DANK.Professional staff, plenty of TV's and menu has something for everyone. I got the large beef pho combination and a teriyaki chicken.Almost forgot, even the white rice was very good, i usually wouldnt finish all the rice but dam i couldnt stop.. ?

The BEST Pho in Bossier! Didn't need to add anything to it. We felt rushed by the waitress before we were done but we think because it was getting busy...she didn't want to miss anybody paying.

Amazing Vietnamese food. We were invited to Divine9Cuisine in Bossier City, Louisiana for a large family gathering. Arrangements had been made during the week, the staff knew when we would be there and how many to plan for. The staff was pleasant making our special time together enjoyable.Divine9 did not disappoint. In fact this unassuming restaurant needs to be shared with all who enjoy fresh and tasty food. We've visited the Shreveport-Bossier City area many times and have always been sorely disappointed with the food choices available until we ate here at Divine9.We shared egg rolls, some of the best we've had. I had the Banh Mi (grilled pork) sandwich. My husband enjoyed the Mongolian Beef. Both were excellent choices. We had such a great time eating and visiting that I forgot to take pictures. I'll post some after my next visit. We will return again and again.I invite you to try it. Casual dining, reasonably priced.
Divine9 is everything you want in a Vietnamese restaurant- it’s cozy, friendly, and fast. The spring rolls are huge and pho broth is perfect!

My husband and I dined here for the first time on Sat 12/2/23. We got the combination pho and combination bun bo hue. Both dishes were good and our server was sweet and well informed on the menu. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the restaurant is clean.

I only found this place by completing a Google search for Vietnamese cuisine in Bossier City, LA. I never would have found this place otherwise. The sign outside is very discrete and it is located at the end of what appears to be a motel. If it weren't for the reviews, I probably would not have stopped. I AM GLAD I DID!I was greeted immediately upon arrival and the restaurant is very clean. There is plenty of seating in both booths and tables as well as a bar. I went for a VERY early dinner, so I was the only patron at the time, but it started to pick up as I was leaving.Lee, the server, was very kind and respectful. He was patient with me as I tried to order my meal using the Vietnamese words rather than the English words. I had the Chả giò (Eggrolls) and Bánh Xèo (Vietnamese Crepe). The eggrolls were very good but the Bánh Xèo was out of this world good. I have had many of these in my lifetime, but this was easily one of the best. Cooked to perfection, accompanied by lettuce and other greens to wrap and dip in their great Nước chấm (a dipping sauce). This place is a true gem in the neighborhood. I'm not often in Bossier City, but when I am, there is no doubt that I will return for another great meal. Next time I want to try their Bún bò Huế (spicy beef noodle soup).
