Ordered take out. They forgot several items in the order, and due to the taped up bags, we didn't notice until we had gotten all the way back home. When we called, we were informed we would not get a refund but could drive all the way back to the restaurant to receive the forgotten food. We did not have the time or logistics to do that. Very inconvenient. Unsatisfactory experience. Which is disappointing because we usually love the food here.

The burger was good, but the edges weren't crispy like at the TX locations. Our fries were cold, but other than that, it was pretty good.

The food is good we love the burger and fries. But there is a big difference between days and nights. The store at nights not 1 clean table in the place. Only 4 tables taken up. The employees standing around talking and joking around. But there service is partly at fault. All they worried about is taking your orders and putting food out. But upkeep I guess they want more money for that. Place is nasty. So makes you wonder about there kitchen.Parking: Plenty of room hardly any one there

Food was really good. They have some of the best sundaes.
We go here very often, and today was not a good visit at all. Back when the storm hit, they didn’t not have any fries and other things. So to compensate for not having fries, the Manager gave us a free meal combo card. We come today to use it, it wasn’t filled out, so the purple haired manager that looked at it pretty much said we could have just found it. Therefore not letting us use it, then takes it away. I mean that is just a crappy thing to do, but we didn’t know it was supposed to be filled out. But we paid for our food, which was no big deal. it was the way that lady acted towards us, that is aggravating. Do better, especially if you are a manager.

Burger and Chicken Sandwich are almost pounded thin and, for us, seemed overcooked. Fries were ok. Shake was a 5 star, though, and saved the rating. It was very clean, nicely set up, but we just were not impressed.
The young man who was taking orders was a true bright spot in my day. Cheerful, welcoming, knowledgeable, professional. When the register wasn't busy, he walked around the dining room to check on customers to see if everything with their food was okay. He made a fast food experience extremely pleasant. The world needs more young men like him. Oh yeah, the burger was great...fries...eh

First time there, and it was nice. Service with a smile, clean restaurant, and hot food. Definitely worth the stop if you have a chance.
Dirty floors, basic condiments counter was soiled, the labels for ice tea dispensers were torn...not sure which was sweet and unsweet...no labels to indicate...not impressed when I walked into the store.

I went through the drive thru for the first time eating here. I was in the drive thru for over 30 minutes and the fries were cold so I’m not sure what took so long. It was not very busy. Other than waiting for 30 minutes the to go drinks did not have proper closed lids. They had open lids.

Charged my card at 6:51, food wasn't ready until 8:50ish which caused the delivery to arrive at 9:20. Ice cream was melted. Ordered a chili cheese dog and cheese curds, received a double cheeseburger and fries. Food was cold and congealed like it'd sat out for over an hour. Fries are cold and hard. This might be my absolute worst fast food experience.
