If I could give this 0 stars I would. Didn’t open when there houses said they would. Everything is over priced for a dry hamburger and burnt buns. Asked for a medium and got well done. This location is not worth it go spend you money on something better!!!!

The staff behind the counter is extremely loud… the places looks terrible in side. The floor is very dirty. We came here to eat and it was the worst experience. The female employees were the loudest. We watched as multiple people came into the restaurant and then leave just after standing in the door way. This location seemed to be out of majority of the menu also. Worst experience. This place either needs new staff or staff needs training ASAP. Won’t be coming back but I hope this place gets the help it needs.

could give this zero stars if i was allowed. firstly, i work inside the casino and they NEVER answer phone orders. as someone who has very little time for a break the walk to and from there cuts out my time as well as waiting for them to even cook.now to today. i went to order three simple meals for my coworkers and i as a treat and the woman at the counter has the NERVE to ask me, "do you really need all that?" not sure if this was a comment out of laziness, body shaming or what, but as someone who's suffered eating disorders in the past i am DISGUSTED by this comment and as a HUMAN you dont say this to another human. PERIOD. I can handle them being lazy at times, but even then You'd think people who give money to your business so you even have a job would never hear this kind of speech or deal with their attitudes. especially as a fellow casino worker. personally never recommending them or giving them my business again.
Friendly place I've been to in years. Customer service is asking the elite. If was so good, we thought it was a new franchise. Food was excellent. Very clean area. Customer service.... the best. This is a model franchise. Great job!

Updating my review. Went again and this time service was better. Cashier named carrisa we a go getter. Cleaned area when not busy. Still very disorganized place. Could see peoples orders were wrong . In fact mine was but only because they added fries and I didn't order them. Food okay. Only ship in town at Harrahs casino and we get free comps so I'm sure we'll continue to visit but wouldn't pay out of my pocket otherwise

The person taking the order was not able to hold her eyes open. May have been the 3" long eyelashes weighting yhem down. She held her chin in her hand and mumbled through the entire order. She actually showed me the line for adding a tip as I was paying. That is not something I tip for on a to go order.
