Tried calling several times with phone being busy. Name was misspelled on cookie cake. When asked how to rectify, I was left on hold over 3 minutes once and over a minutes the 2nd time. Only to get back on the phone and say they would change the name but that's all they could do. When she checked the ticket, my daughter's name was misspelled on the ticket. They misspelled "Riley." I was already at the party and the manager said she was not able to offer a free cookie or anything. Ugh!!!!
