This is a franchise and not a corporate location. The vendor supplying their wings has recently changed. The wings are noticeably smaller. Provided feedback to the bartender but she could careless. She told us there is nothing she could do about it. I asked, could you provide the feedback to your management. She said no. So I provided it to the manager myself.We use to visit this restaurant frequently but doubt we will return. It is no longer worth the food or the people serving it.

In all honesty, I endeavored to give this establishment a fair chance, but I have regrettably come to the conclusion that the culinary offerings here lack any semblance of flavor. The fries are devoid of seasoning and are inferior to the quality of store-bought fries. The chicken tenders exhibited an unexpected fishy taste. I also sampled the Philly cheese steak, which was equally bland. In a final attempt, I tried the chicken sandwich, only to find it utterly tasteless. It is possible that my taste buds are unique in this regard, but I find it highly unlikely that I will return to this establishment. It is perplexing how fries, a seemingly straightforward dish, can be rendered so insipid, especially when compared to the superior fries I can effortlessly prepare using my air fryer. I do not intend to be overly critical, but it is imperative that the owner thoroughly evaluates and addresses the current state of the food experience. The prices charged are disproportionate to the quality of the food being served.

Why hooters has gone out of touch with the current generation I will never understand just pretty women serving great food. Went here with my work buddy for lunch and wasn't expecting much being Shreveport and all but the food and service was awesome!!! And the girls were easy on the eyes ? and friendly!I'll definitely be back and they offer military discount to boot. And the beer is ice cold!

I’ve eaten here multiple times since 2020 and the food and the service is amazing. They’ve never had a long wait time and they’ve always been sincere to me. I come here all the time when I go to the Boardwalk. And the margaritas are definitely worth the $5. ?
Hadnt been here in sometime but wasnt disappointed by no means. Food was great. The chips and queso were fantastic. Dont recall exactly everything we ordered but had a great server and again food was spot on.
My 16 year old daughter begged me to take her to get their original bone in chicken wings . She loves them .Be fore my wife ( her mom) passed away too early in life ...we would eat there regularly. Brought back good memories and the staff was curios and perfecional . Food was grat as always .
