So I read all the reviews and didn't give this place a try until last night because of it. Mad at myself now. My server was nice and when we engaged with her in a friendly manner she engaged back in kind. It's possible some of the negativity about service is more about the reviewer. I was greeted promptly, my wife's and my drink never went empty, check was executed efficiently, what more do you want. BTW, the best chicken wings I have eaten in a while and certainly the best I have had in SBC. They had a great texture with crispy edges and were sauced well ang generously. Hamburger was great as well. Very meaty and great bun and French fries were awesome. Overall. Zero complaints so give this place a try.

Waited an hour to get a table and then another 45 mins just to order. After our initial drink order the waitress never came back to check on us. Food never came out we just got up and left. One of the workers in the front asked how our experience was I said we'd never come back her response was "please dont". This place is in bad shape.

Veterans Day 2023. Went to Inside Rail and was served the best Chicken Fried Steak. The staff is Very Friendly and the atmosphere is casual and inviting. Miss Phyllis is the most friendly cook. We cracked jokes and laughed with everyone. Will definitely be back and highly

Thanks to Amanda for being a real sweet server! ??Food is delicious! Was served hot and pretty quick since thet were packed!Bring your vouchers! And theres a rib eye steak special daily from 4 to 10pm, abd it is really delicious!!!Try for yourself, but we are definitely coming back, comp or not!

Service was slow. As the waitress was bringing out my country fried steaks and mashed potatoes, I was informed that they were out of gravy? We had already waited for food so really had no option except to say ok. I was told it would come with green beans, but I was given corn. Not really a fan of double starches. Was out of drink my entire meal only offered a refill when check was brought out. Seriously would pick some other place to eat

The food is great however our server was very rude. She walked off before we finished talking and rolled her eyes when we spoke. This is very unprofessional and by looking at the reviews it appears that this behavior is acceptable and management allow this type of behavior..
This is my third time at this establishment. Only one time have we had a server that is friendly. Food is usually pretty good but service is terrible. Our server rolled her eyes every single interaction we had. She was very rude and acted like we were a burden for being there. I’m actually still here and don’t even feel comfortable asking for a manager.
