I usually go 2 or 3 times a month. The same thing always happens and I'm never ever going back. We waited 30 minutes for a cold pizza. It sat on the window counter for 10 minutes, of course it's gonna be cold! The fork I grabbed had dried food on it. The phone rings constantly while you are there. There are some workers not doing anything and they still won't answer it. We were so hungry we weren't gonna wait another 30 minutes.

I really like the lunch buffet. It is understandable that being there right when hot fresh pizza comes out is hit or miss, no problem. This is our third time seeing the majority of tables piled with dirty dishes, I find no excuse for that. Makes me start wondering how clean is the kitchen?

I haven't had Johnny's in about 10 years and it's just as good as I remembered it! we came in this weekend, and I had been craving a sweep the swamp and it was INCREDIBLE!!!! all time fav pizza cant go wrong!

Me & my family have ate and ordered Johnnys pizza for 20 years now, I literally grew up on their pizza and it is 100% my favorite & go to when I want pizza. With that being said the last three times we have ordered from there, the service is just not like it use to be. It is so extremely slow, and I am a patient person and understand people are understaffed, but when it's a Monday night and two hours pass by and I have to send my husband to go pick up the pizza because it still has not been delivered...and when my husband pulls up he then tells me all the lights are off in the building besides the ones over the counter & not a soul in sight...what's the deal? And then the staff doesn't even seem like anything is wrong or are even busy upon arrival at that matter. Or even to mention one time our food was scheduled in advance to be picked up at a certain time, arrive and guess what, wasn't ready, and then proceeded to have to wait another 45 minutes for our food and again staff seems unbothered by the whole situation. I'm just super disappointed in the SOBO Johnnys, do better peeps.

My husband has been waiting 45 mins now on our food and from what they told him it’s not even been cooked yet we order from here at least once a week and about 70 bucks every time we have noticed the service has gotten a lot slower as of today I will not be ordering johnnys any more this is crazy and they r not even busy just a lot of horse playing going on

Waited over an hours for a small pizza.while waiting I witnessed an employee that was making the pizza crust and putting sauce on the pizza crust with her bare hands touch her hair and continued touch the pizza’s. They entire crew was not doing there job only one of them that was taking orders. This staff needs to be fired because all they were doing was laughing and playing while customers have paid for their food and waited over an hour to get anything.The manager of this store has no idea what he is doing and letting his employees do what ever they want. There should be hair nets and gloves being worn while dealing with food. This is disgusting I will not be back at this location.

There was an extended wait time you might want to order early at busy times. The pizza was good and the dessert was as well.Johnnys responded to my hangry review I deleted so that's a plus to them and I have edited this to say thanks .
