It's just hit or miss these days. The food is always great in my opinion. But the wait times and staff can be the only issue. This is hit or miss too tho. Sometimes our food is ready very quickly, and the staff is super kind! Our orders have also always been correct. I think I've seen some others who haven't had the same experiences, but I can't complain.

It takes a lot for me to leave a bad review however this location on North Airline is terrible. It's ran by a teenagers without proper training. After an hour and a half waiting on a pizza, I was told they'd given my pizza to someone else. Moral of the story is make sure you get your food before paying them anything. This is about the 5th terrible interaction Ive had with this location. Please manage this location better by teaching your employees how to make a pizza accurately in a timely manner. It shouldn't be this difficult.

Ordered Johnnys pizza and dessert, delivery took 1 hrs, 20 mim. Wrong pizza was delivered, which included fish I cannot eat. Tried calling, put on hold 35 min no answer. Called again, same result. Complained online, no response.

This location used to be great! Every time I come here now there’s a big problem. I placed on online order tonight thinking perhaps that would expedite things. First, I was unable to use my 20% off coupon for ONLINE orders only. The girl said “oh that doesn’t work online.” I was given a pickup time of 7:06. At 7:06 they had not even started on the order. Then I was told they don’t have 3 sets of breadsticks so I am getting 2 and I set of cheese sticks. Others here waiting have similar experiences here. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!

Petitioning the Barksdale store be removed from Delivery Apps. Regardless of what app ive used to deliver for over the last 4 years this location never has delivery orders confirmed. I have to confirm them when I arrived. At 640pm you should have already made sure your tablets are plugged in and charged. This is extremely poor management. This wastes my time, gas and has cost me tips. Literally financially not worth taking these orders.

We love Johnny's. Every time we come in to town from Houston, we get Johnny's at least twice and even take some back home with us. Absolutely delish!!
