In regards to Little Caesars on Shreveport Barksdale Highway Suite 101. Roughly 7pm on Monday 6/13/2022 Just went there and they are completely garbage. Garbage workers and garbage workers. They made a slices and sticks that had so much butter/oil on topped that the pizza was literally soaked and it looked on top of it. I went in and kindly asked if I could have it remade with less butter and Tianna Webb told me NO BECAUSE THATS A PERFECT PIZZA. So I said but I don’t think so and she said I can either get with no butter at all or I can keep the pizza I had. They would not make it less butter she through the $7 pizza in the trash, wouldn’t refund the money and then said I had to call corporate. So now here I am, no pizza, no refund, and butter/oil that has dripped all down my shirt pants. Do NOT do business with this place. She wouldn’t even give me the number for corporate so i could get a refund. That’s called stealing.

I called my order in to pick up, I had to wait about 10 minutes before she told me they gave my pizza to a Doordasher. I had to wait another 30 minutes and the order still wasn't correct!

I love little caesers but in what universe does a pizza shop NOT serve parmesan? Not sure if it's just this one or all of them but when I asked for parmesan they said they don't serve it, but that they have black pepper instead.

This Little Caesars is the worst I've ever been to. I ordered on the app, said it was ready about 30 minutes later, but not in the portal. My boyfriend was there well over an hour waiting on our crazy bread to be done while our pizzas just sat in the warmer. After getting home, my pizza was wrong. I ordered a stuffed crust deep dish pep, and a regular stuffed crust hawaiian. The hawaiian was correct, but the pep was neither a deep dish NOR a stuffed crust. They never called to tell me they were out or anything, they just gave us a normal $5 pep and said nothing about it, offered no refund, literally nothing. As my boyfriend was waiting, one of the workers was even in the back asking "where's that deep dish, where's the deep dish" and no response from anyone else. He then I guess "found it" and it was the normal pizza. Disappointed to say the least, enraged because the employees did absolutely NOTHING to inform us they didn't have our deep dish, despite putting an email and a phone number on the order, AND standing in the restaurant for almost an hour. Will not be returning to this location.

If you place an order online, it’s never ready even though you receive an email stating that it is. This evening was the 3rd time this very thing happened to me. I had to wait 30 minutes for my order. Two employees were working, but neither bothered to apologize for the delay or care to say why there was a delay in time with orders. Neither were wearing gloves and one employee handled the register along with making pizzas without washing/sanitizing their hands. I don’t recommend this location at all!

Crazy bread always severely overcooked and Italian cheesy bread is always hard as a rock because it's been sitting out for hours. Pizza is mostly good, but you get what you pay for.

Placed my order at 5:55 PM got an email at 6:07 saying my order was in the portal oven with a code. Arrived at 6:15 order wasn’t ready. Waited 15-20 mins along with customers before 1 of the 3 workers in the back even came to the register to assist anyone. The girl working had the nastiest little attitude. The food was terrible this is my second time in 2 weeks where the food sucked. Nothing was made right, the stuffed crust pep and cheese had nothing done to the crust like the description and picture showed. The Italian cheese bread, looked nothing like the picture and tasted nothing like they have in the past. If you know what’s good for you stay away from this restaurant. Both pizzas I got were not even cut all the way through.

Whoever the owner is of this location needs to make some necessary changes to this location. They're not wearing any gloves nor washing any hands to be dealing with people food. I encountered one to take my money give me change (Dollar Bills) and turn and go to spreading cheese and fixing my pizza...I asked her to wash her hands and fix me another pizza. He/She had an attitude but I stood and watched her until she finished. Then there was a baby running around bk there barefoot. Will not be returning.
Worst place ever. Stopped coming here because how slow they are. Tonight I ordered from the app and they still got the order wrong. Should have learned my lesson and not tried again. Girl didn't even care the order was wrong and wasn't bothered by it.

I think that the baby has no fault in what these videos show, the mother should have the responsibility of finding some one to take care of her child or at least to keep him safe and away from all of the dangerous things in the kitchen.

Got 3 large pizzas for my diabetic kid and 2 were messed up?. I had already waited 3^2+78 hours and didn’t want to wait another. Getting through the crowd of people was like a Travis Scott concert, hell. After paying 50 rupees for subpar pizza I went home. Would not come here again?.
