Terrible experience with “the new guy” Anthony during lunch time. UNLIMITED soups, salad and breadsticks. All three were terrible and service was worst I’ve had here…

Ah, Olive Garden in Bossier City – the pinnacle of fine dining for those who crave a touch of sophistication with their pasta! When you're yearning to feel like royalty while indulging in spaghetti and meatballs, look no further than this culinary sanctuary. The ambiance? Oh, it's truly unparalleled. Picture yourself surrounded by faux Roman columns and lush greenery, all under the soft glow of warm, dim lighting – perfect for convincing yourself you're in the heart of Tuscany rather than Bossier City. And the service? Let's just say, the waitstaff's enthusiasm for breadsticks rivals that of an Olympic athlete going for gold. They'll keep 'em coming until you beg for mercy or start contemplating whether you should be wearing a toga to fully immerse in the experience. Now, onto the food – a masterpiece of Italian-American fusion. The spaghetti is impeccably al dente, with a marinara sauce that's a subtle symphony of tomatoes and herbs. The meatballs? Oh, they're like savory clouds gently caressing your taste buds. And don't even get me started on the Parmesan cheese – they'll grate it until your table resembles a winter wonderland. So, if you've ever dreamed of feeling posh while twirling pasta on your fork, Olive Garden in Bossier City is your spot. Because sometimes, nothing says "elegance" quite like unlimited breadsticks and a hearty bowl of carbs. Buon appetito!

I would leave a 0 star rating if I could. We were seated and that's it. We sat for 10 minutes waiting for our server. No one came to take our order. The waiter even looked at us when we sat down. No water, no acknowledgement whatsoever. This is the 2nd time, in a row, that this has happened at this location. We could understand if it was a busy night. But it was not. We are an older couple, not people that would be difficult in a restaurant. Will not be returning!
