Bought food there, teriyaki chicken, they didn't put the sauce in bag. When we called the manager said they aren't responsible for telling the customer that you have to ask for the sauce. On top of that they didn't bother telling me while I was there they were out of sauce which they did on the phone. Watched them serve the people in front of us and they loaded theirs up. Skimped ours. False advertising the teriyaki chicken if they don't add sauce to bag without asking. If we could give less stars we would

No more red sweet and sour sauce. Sorta disappointed. Have to go elsewhere for it or make my own. Simple to make. Maraschino Cherry juice, pineapple juice, small amount of vinegar, cane sugar, and a small amount of corn starch to thicken. Simmer until it begins to thicken. Bring sauce off burner and allow to slightly cool down to approximately 125 degrees.

The service was less than desirable upon arrival. The staff didn’t acknowledge me. I had to wait while I was the only customer in the lobby and they all seem to be preoccupied doing. I don’t know what the food was OK nothing to write home about but I’m glad that I was able to eat something, the fountain drink lacked flavor I don’t know the make sure it was set correctly or not.
It was the typical Panda experience. Got my order right and food was hot!

I just tried to get food through the drive thru and they laughed through the speaker that they were out of everything? It wasn’t even busy how can they not have any side item offered? They need new management and/or employees before I come back.

It was 2 hours before close and the drive thru employee informed me they had zero lomein, no rice, and no chicken made…. How is it possible to be out of every main time you serve? With no customers in the drive thru at all. Then the employee thought it was funny and laughed at the fact that they couldn’t serve us do to not even making food. The owner of this place is paying people to literally do nothing to benefit their business. Sad.
