Normally a big fan of this place. The food is good. The person manning the interior register today, a short, fat man wearing a black polo (receipt says name is victor), was incredibly rude to my wife. She was trying to ask what their specialty way of ordering a burger was, which we later found out was "lava style and he wouldn't tell her what it was. And was belittling her for not knowing how to order it. He was incredibly rude and refused to say what the secret menu items were.

I orfer a taco salad no beans chicken no beef well tye charge $2 extra for chicken had to take it back five pieces of small chicken no sauce on it .They remade it and it wasn't any better I just took it because I didn't trust them to make another. Never had a problem with there food but this made me not want go back ,everyone knows I always give a fair rating but this taco salad in horrible,

Color me unimpressed. I had high hopes for this place. The outside seemed like a place that would offer some exciting choices. That was not the case. I had the double cheeseburger and it reminded me of a small Big Mac. The fries were underwhelming. The staff was very courteous. They have a neat food delivery mechanism. They place a tray on a robot and it delivers it to your table. but that's where the excitement ends. Although the food was incredibly boring, the price was nice. It's hard to find a combo meal for under $10 these days.

This was my first time eating here. The food is very reasonably priced. I spent under 9 dollars for the double cheese burger combo.The fries were standard, but they make up for this with the quantity that they give you. The burger itself tastes pretty good! I highly recommend stopping here over the standard fast food burger joints. You will save a little money and have a fresh cheeseburger. They also have a robot of sorts that brings your order to your table with condiments. This adds for a unique dining experience.

Patty Shack is a very solid place to grab a quick burger. They are not particularly fancy, but they do one thing, and they do it well. At this price point (3-5 dollars per burger), it would be very difficult to find another fast food burger to compete. Patty Shack is always my "go-to" when I am looking for a solid, inexpensive burger.
