This place needs to be shut completely down. Ordered a family meal that cost nearly $28 only to be told they were out of biscuits and gravy but still charged $28. Ridiculous. Tried calling the number that’s on the website and not available to speak with anyone. I would not recommend anyone to go to this location.

Couldn't tell you how the food tastes. After waiting more than 15 minutes at the speaker with no one taking my order I left. This happened on two different occasions. If they don't allow drive thru they should put up a sign.

Ordered online about 10 minutes prior to arriving to the restaurant only for items I ordered not to be available or ready and receive all of my food at least 30 minutes after arrival. I don’t live close so when I decide to eat here, it’s planned or out of the way. The drink I ordered wasn’t available. They started preparing the strawberry biscuits I ordered after handing me part of my order. I waited behind a car , just 1, for at least 10 minutes than at the window for another 10-15 minutes before receiving part of my order only to be asked to pull up and wait for the rest of my food. Here I am sitting in the car with my food as it’s getting cold. I go in for the rest of my food and my receipt after waiting for more than 5 minutes. My food was cold and not enjoyable when I was finally able to eat it. Sadly this was my 3 time in 2 years visiting this restaurant and I’ve come to the conclusion that it’ll always be a poor experience so I won’t be visiting again.
Worst fortnite battlepass I have ever used. Chicken wasnt sigma. I got fanum taxed by the employees. I found chug jugs in my sandwich. Cashiers were bush camping. Toilet did not fuel me with charisma rizz. However, those french fries rizzed me up like baby gronk and livvy dunne.

This is probably the worst Popeyes ever! You have to wait in the drive-thru lane for 30 minutes to get your order. They ask you to hold on at the speaker when you get ready to order and make you wait almost 15 mins to take the order and when you pull forward you have to wait an additional 15 minutes just to get your order. They need some serious training at this location focusing on prompt service and delivery. Maybe take lessons from some other businesses in the are that turn out 80% more customers in the 30 minutes it takes this place to do one customer. However the employees are very nice, they just lack speed.

This Popeye’s is the most disgusting place I’ve ever been. I’d share the video of the bathroom if I could. No way to turn the water on in the sink, paper towels and toilet paper everywhere. I refused to eat… if you are smart you wouldn’t either. How do the employees wash their hands after going to the bathroom?

I won't go thru the drive-thru because you are destined to get the wrong order. Going in ensures a correct order but you may be sitting there waiting for people to get off the phone, quit yelling, or catching attitudes because you walked inside to order. Now and then you can receive decent service.
