After we ordered our food, we were told that half of the item we ordered we sold out. We also ordered a three way meal and was later told that one of our meals was a double serving size plate. This was told to us when we recieve a charge for a 3 way on our ticket...IMPOSSIBLE BECAUSE OUR FIRST PLATE AND SECOND PLATE WAS THE SAME AMOUNT OF FOOD!!!!! never coming back to this location!!! I have been a loyal customer of red lobster for year and I have been to several red lobster locations all over the USA and I am disappointed in red lobster. Before you order here, ask if all dishes on menu are really available! Heed my warning

We were seated pretty quickly but then we had to wait 20min for our waitress to get our drinks and orders. Then our food took an hour and a half to get to us and they completely forgot our appetizers. They also didn't refill our drinks the whole time we were waiting on our food. When I did get my food there were BROKEN RUBBER BANDS all over in the food. Then when I reminded my server that we still hadn't gotten our appetizers she said she would comp them for us. We didn't get those until 30 mins later and she still didn't comp them when we got our check. Worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant. Never going back.

When I arrived was told 15 minute wait 45 minutes later was asked if I could wait 10 more minutes then hostess disappeared for almost 20 minutes then proceeded to give me a bunch more excuses. Unacceptable service by any

The food took quite a while to come out, but it was good and hot when it did. They don't have milk at all, which was frustrating because that's a third of the drink options on the kids menu and what my daughter wanted. But other than that we had a great night out.

Clam chowder was Campbell's, and it was served cold. Great crab dip, but the clam chowder is inexcusable. I'd give 0 stars. It's the easiest soup to make scratch, too.

Love and hate red lobster. I haven't been here in years. Unfortunately they were understaffed for the volume of people this evening. Lots of waiting all throughout my 1.5 hours here.Once aside from the personnel issues I will try to evaluate the food.Once we got them the rolls were great as always. Fried shrimp for the all you can eat were pretty good. Grilled had a smoky wood flavored. Scampi was cooked well with a butter sauce. The walts fried shrimp was pretty good. Under fried on round 1 and over fried round two. The salt and vinegar was an interesting combo. It's worth trying. Baked potato was good, well cooked. Overall I had enjoyed the shrimp offerings.We also ordered the trout. We had it grilled and it was overcooked. Instead of delicate and flaky meat it was pretty firm and dry. Overlooked it by about 2 minutes or so. The taste had mild seasonings, mostly salt and pepper. Mashed potatoes were serviceable.I would like to say that it was worth coming but it honestly wasn't. Maybe I'll try it in another 5 or 6 years like this last time. To sum up, meh.
