Nice ambiance great staff food was ok but I was a little disappointed wen we ordered 2 the same ribeye fajitas and they came out cooked totally opposite and the fish plate was as bland as it looked I'm not sure if I'll go back any time soon

Ordered dinner for delivery at peak time on a Saturday night. Busy night, but communication with server, maitre'd (Daisey?) was excellent. The food was very good, and the extra effort to get the delivery done in a timely fashion is commendable. AA++

The product, food, is very good. The service is terrible. They hire a bunch of cute young girls that are clueless. You literally have to go physically grab them. IF you can find them.Parking: Plenty of parking but a popular place.Wheelchair accessibility: ADA compliant.

Honestly, the food is pretty good, but the reason I felt inclined to leave a review is because when our server took our order, it wasn't written down, but memorized. Hey, if you can do it, more power to you! But....when our order came and they brought shrimp tacos, instead of the chicken tacos we ordered, we made them aware of the error. The server did offer to replace the tacos with chicken, but we didn't want this meal to go to waste. Plus, at the beginning of our night, we were told a reservation was coming and we needed to be gone by X time so we didn't want to wait for the corrected meal and feel rushed. The server apologized for the mistake and brought over a single chicken taco, unprompted by us. At the end of the night when we received the bill, I saw that we were charged for the shrimp tacos that again, we never ordered. When I ask the server if we could get it corrected since it wasn't our fault that she didn't write down our order and it came out wrong, she said she'd ask the manager. When she came back, she told us that because the shrimp tacos were eaten and she didn't charge us for the single chicken taco, that it wasn't their fault anymore and there was nothing they could do. Sure, it's only a $7 difference, but it was enough to leave a bad taste in my mouth, but hey at least it wasn't from the food!

The chips and salsa were very good. (I could have made a meal of them!). I had the Paloma first, and it was so-so. The mango margarita was really super, and should have started with that. I had the street taco combo, and it was really good. The brisket was surprisingly good. And the chicken and shrimp were also very good. Would definitely have again. We tried to visit again a few days later, but the hours were really odd, and not as full as I would have expected. We ended up going elsewhere, and now know we can only visit again in the short window they have available.

The signs we saw for this place showed it to be a steak and BBQ joint but when we got there none of that stuff was on the menu. The only thing they had on the menu for lunch was Mexican style food. The food was good and the meat provided in the entre was delicious. If they don't serve steaks and bbq then they are missing out. It's definitely worth a try if you haven't been there! Our waiter was very friendly and attentive.

My wife and I went to Silverstar Cantina on Jan 27, 2023. We got there a little after 5 pm and were seated by the hostess at a booth. We ordered drinks and our food. The waitress brought our ticket before we had finished eating. We thought that was a little weird. We just finished eating and the waitress came back and advised that she was sorry but they had reserved the table for 6pm and needed us to pay our ticket and leave. I asked to see the manager. The manager just said she was sorry that it was a mix-up and asked if we wanted to move to the bar and she would buy us a drink. I advised that I did not want to be at the bar and didn't want a drink. I have never been treated like that by a restaurant. I called and left a message with the owner of Silverstar to contact me. I wanted to give the owner a chance to explain what happened or make it right. Guess the owner does not care because he never contacted me.

Came in wanting a steak... they suggested, "Try the fajitas. You can choose file mignon or ribeye." It was YUMOLA!!! And, the flour tortillas? Home made! We'll be back, and we don't even live in this town.
