Have been getting steak bite au gratin potatoes for years, and it isn’t even a big meal, and it came with a salad for $20 when i first started ordering to $26, then today I went to order it after a while to treat myself, and now it cost $27 before tax for the steak au gratins and they took the side salad away from being apart of the meal. Straight robbing people now! Sucks I cannot enjoy my favorite meal, because of the greed of not even adding a salad to a few potato chunks and a few steak chunks. It’s not like they put 4oz of steak in it to begin with. $27 for that without a salad is straight robbing customers!

This to me is the North Bossier/Benton spot. Silver Star North is close to the house and always has a great vibe. The staff is absolutely amazing and all of the bartenders are rock stars @lyni @kristal @jessie @reanna. Since they combined Silver Star Cantina with this location, it's broad menu will never disappoint! Say hey to the General Manager too, Damon. Very good guy and will always accommodate!

So I go to ALL the silver stars let's just be clear now. We came here and sat in the bar which is usually a quicker process. Our waitress spent her time hanging out with tables. We placed our order over the bar with the bartender. They were helpful for sure but the attention was definitely focused om others.

We are frequent patrons to multiple Silverstar restaurants and have always had positive experiences, but tonight was VERY different and quite embarrassing. My husband made reservations several weeks ago for my 50th birthday. He spoke to Brooklyn and told her we'd have a party of about 20. When my daughters arrived to set up and make it "cute" they were told there was no reservation and where treated very rudely. They explained who we had spoken to and the specific dates and times so they quickly realized it had inadvertently not been written in the book. They squeezed some tables together with no elbow room or space for food, drinks, etc. We had 3 additional people join us and needed one more table added to the end of ours but were told no by the manager Chuck that they had no more. We could see that there were several empty tables in the dining room that he said were reserved, yet we watched at least one stay empty all night. I've worked in a restaurant and clearly understand how this works, but my main concern is how rude and non accommodating management was. Instead of trying to help and offer a solution, he was rude and argumentative while a disabled guests and my elderly mother in law stood without a place to sit. After 15 minutes of heated discussion, we were given a hightop bar table so everyone could sit down. So SS, you just lost 20 customers who like to spend money but it will definitely be elsewhere!
