The staff are so so so sweet!! Every thing is always very clean and the sandwiches are a 10/10! I highly recommend this Subway over other ones. (Def try the Outlaw "#2", or a rotisserie w/ garlic aioli sauce. You wont regret it!)

The lady, I think wearing glasses, had a SUPER ANNOYING voice that sounded like she was patronizing.
The staff was friendly and built us some great subs! Prices are higher, but they are fair. And they had plenty of fresh deli meats on hand. The only downside was stale tea and no background music.

Wanted a quick sandwich after a late meeting on my way home and was ignored at the door with the open sign lit up but the door was locked. I understand it was 40 min to close but there's a level of respect that should be upheld in the service industry that relys on people's hard earned money to keep its door open.

I've given this location 5 tries, as it's closest to my house. Every single time, my order has been incorrect. Missing cheese or other toppings, gave me footlongs when I ordered 6" or vice versa, left out the 4 cookies I ordered, etc. I ordered one of the new sandwiches with mozzarella, and was given shredded mozzarella instead. This has happened at busy and slow times.. The staff is very rude and do not seem to care that orders are incorrect. It is a shame that I have to drive into Shreveport, but I will never eat here again.
